Alica Murphy Wildcatt is a proud member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and dedicated advocate for the safety and wellbeing of Indigenous communities. She currently serves as the Project Coordinator for the AMBER Alert Training and Technical Assistance Program and the AMBER Alert in Indian Country initiative, where she works to strengthen emergency response systems and support tribal nations in developing effective child abduction recovery strategies.

With 25 years of service to the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, including the last 17 as a civilian with the EBCI Law Enforcement Division, Alica brings deep experience, cultural understanding, and unwavering commitment to her work. Her efforts continue to enhance collaboration between tribal, state, and federal partners, ensuring Native communities are equipped with the tools and resources they need to protect their children.
