The U.S. congressional representative from Guam has introduced a bill that would provide funding to integrate territories into the National AMBER Alert network. Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo's AMBER Alert Nationwide Act has bipartisan support and has been endorsed by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
