We have already replied to them. We cannot release this information, it will have to come from our legal department thru a public records request.
Indiana does not have any blackout windows. We have 24 hour access to put out any WEA that falls under our jurisdiction.

In Indiana our calls after hours are answered by our Fusion Center and they take the initial information and contact me, while the caller fills out our AMBER Alert form online. After I review the initial information I call my team which is made up of a Lieutenant, First Sgt and a Master Trooper and whomever is available joins in via teams or a telephone call and we reach out to the officer. We hold true to our criteria a each AMBER Alert is a group effort.Angela Meacham

Hello Ben,
Here in Indiana we use Regroup (https://regroup.com)for issuing the WEA and EAS. The customer service is pretty good and get back to me pretty quickly. They work directly with FEMA/IPAWS to stay in compliance.
