CART Program Liaison
Stacie Lick is an AATTAP-NCJTC Associate, service as an AATTAP CART program liaison in addition to providing subject matter expert and instructional services for the development and delivery of curriculum for CART and investigative courses. Stacie has been in law enforcement since 2000, most recently serving as a Captain with the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office, Gloucester County, New Jersey, with responsibility for the oversight of all of investigative units. Captain Lick specialized in crimes against children, specifically, physical and sexual assaults involving children, missing children, child fatalities and human trafficking. She also served as the Gloucester County Child Abduction Response Team (CART) Coordinator from 2008-2024, and was responsible for both the team's creation and ongoing management. Stacie is a member of the Gloucester County Commission of Missing and Abused Children, which provides education to individuals and institutions in Gloucester County that provide services for children. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University.
