    I did hear on Friday that the Regional Program Specialists (RPS) were asked to come back to manage the cases and database in NamUs. They are also now listed again on their website. I’m not sure what is going on there. The 2 forensic odontologists are still gone at this point however.

    Alaska does not currently have a cold case unit that deals with unsolved homicides and generally does not have anything to do with missing persons cases.
