Hello Everyone,
Rhode Island is asking assistance from other AMBER Alert Coordinators if they may have a Blue Alert Template available? They are working on this alert within their state and would like to see how other states that have the blue alert created their template. Please advise at your convenience. Thank you in advance.
I can provide information, but I’m not sure what exactly you are wanting, i.e. procedural checklist templates, missing person flyer templates, request form template, etc.

California has a fairly robust Blue Alert program, which operates very similarly to our AMBER Alert. We have checklists, flyer templates, procedures, social media best practices, WEA hyperlink information, and data from previous activations. Our Blue Alert has been validated and used in federal court as evidence. We are happy to provide any information and templates we have.Ed Bertola
