    NC has a Silver Alert which is for any age, Dementia/Alzheimer and or cognitively impaired.

    If you have anything like this or a Silver alert can you please send me your number from 2018 as soon as possible

    Nebraska has an Endangered Missing Advisory which is very broad:
    Is the person missing under unexplained, involuntary, or suspicious circumstances? Cases of runaways or suicidal parties are not the intended use for an EMA.
    Is the person believed to be in dangers because of age, health, cognitive, or physical disability, environmental or weather conditions, in the company of a potentially dangerous person or some other factor that may put the person at risk for serious bodily injury or death?

    2018 was our first year and we issued 22, we’ve issued 8 for 2019 so far.

    Missouri enacted the Endangered Silver Advisory (ESA) program in 2011 specifically focusing on adults over the age of 60. In 2018 89 ESA’s were requested and 3 were denied.

    North Dakota had 10 Silver Alerts requested. Five were activated. Two did not meet criteria and three the subjects were located before the alert was activated.

    Michigan issued 40 Endangered Missing Advisories (EMA) in 2018.

    Florida issued 257 Silver Alerts in 2018.

    Alabama – Silver Alerts are for any age as long as the missing person is cognitively impaired.

    2018 – Alabama issued a total of 24 Senior Alert (2 are still active), an additional 7 where requested and met the criteria but the missing person was located prior to issuance.

    in 2018: 114 missing vulnerable adult alerts, 109 returned home safely, four were located deceased, and one remains missing

    Utah created a statue in the 2019 legislative session to create a Silver Alert Program for the state of Utah. The program is currently being developed.

    Wyoming does not have a silver alert. We have an Endangered Person Advisory, which we will use for our silver alerts. We have had two this year.
