    Good Morning,

    It has come to our attention that a bill may be drafted in light of one of our recent AMBER alerts. This bill would possibly give judges the power to “force” and AMBER Alert by creating verbiage to indicate the child is in imminent danger but a true abduction may not have occurred. Are there any states where something similar was drafted or passed in legislation? We’d love to heard from you if your state has experienced this.

    We do not have that in NYS. It sounds like a really bad law and I hope you are able to prevent it from passing.
