Idaho also has no time restrictions for issuing a WEA. We have had some complaints when we issue after 10pm. We implemented a new vendor last year, CodeRED and now have the ability to issue targeted WEA rather than solely statewide. We issued a WEA in April to a 4 county area late in the evening and received no complaints. Like Tennessee and Missouri, Idaho issues very few AA in a year.
