Rhode Island does not have full staffing in the Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse was moved to the Fusion Center, tasked with also handling the Missing Children Clearinghouse. So at this time, I basically handle most duties of the Clearinghouse, in addition to my other duties. The conversations have begun on bringing back Missing Children Clearinghouse to our main headquarters and restructuring of staff.
