Hi! I am the CART Coordinator from New Jersey. We have no funding for ours either. I attempted to research grant funding in the past and was unsuccessful. I would love to know if anyone else was able to secure grant funding for CART. We could definitely use if for supplies, training and equipment. If I need anything, I do try to add it to our annual budget.
