Reply To: "Time" As a Criteria for AMBER Alerts

Nebraska’s AMBER Alert criteria don’t mention a time frame,from the time of the abduction to issuance. It is considered on a case by case basis. We have issued for children who were missing for over 24 hours before the request was made.
